As of the third quarter of 2022, total office stock in Luxembourg City amounted to over 4.4 million square meters. Kirchberg was the leading district for total office stock, at 1.36 million square meters, roughly one fourth of all office real estate stock. The Central Business District, on the other hand, had 872,000 square meters of office space.
