This statistic presents the result of a survey on Icelanders that participated in travel from 2015 to 2017, by destination type. In 2017, 68 percent of Icelanders traveled both domestically within Iceland as well as overseas. In 2015 and 2017, only six percent of Icelanders did not travel at all while in 2016 this share had fallen to 5 percent.
