Level of customer satisfaction with hotel rooms in France 2017
This survey proposes to discover the level of satisfaction of French and foreign customers about the rooms offered in hotels in France in 2017. Thus, the vast majority of respondents said they were satisfied with the accommodations made available (more than 80% ). Such a level of satisfaction is not surprising in that it is now possible to obtain information via the opinions found on the Internet, for example, and thus to make one's own opinion about the establishment.
