This statistic shows the distribution of tourist accommodation facilities in Italy in 2015, broken down by accommodation type. According to data, roughly 44 percent of all the travel accommodations in Italy in 2015 were accommodation facilities to rent, whereas roughly 20 percent were hotels. Youth hotels constituted only 0.4 percent of all the accommodation facilities available for tourists in Italy.
