Between 2012 and 2021, Air Greenland's number of employees has fluctuated. In 2012, there were 626 people working for the airline. In the following year, the number peaked at 648 employees, but decreased again and reached 637 employees in 2019. The number of employees fell further in the year after, amounting to only 544 employees and increased again to 578 in 2021.
