Passenger number on international flights of the Icelandair Group 2012-2021
The number of passengers on international flights of the Icelandair Group fluctuated over the past years. In 2019, the Icelandair Group transported more than 4.4 million passengers to international flights. In 2020, the number of passengers experienced a sharp decline as a result of reduced flight operations due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. By 2021, passenger numbers increased to over 1.2 million.
