This means that women are 35 percent less likely to get equal economic participation and opportunities than men. More specifically, Colombia scored 0.61 in wage equality for similar work, which shows a gender gap of approximately 39 percent (women are 39 percent less likely to receive an equal wage for similar work in comparison to men).
