Opinions on discouraging flying and encouraging train travel in the Netherlands 2017
The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding opinions on making flying less attractive and train travel more attractive in the Netherlands in 2017. Participants in the survey were asked to indicate to what extent they agreed or disagreed with the statement that "in order to make flying less attractive more should be invested in outbound train travel". The vast majority of respondents agreed that in order to discourage flying and encourage train travel, more should be invested in outbound rail connections, whereas just 20 percent disagreed.
