This statistic displays the most important criteria to stay with an employer in Belgium in December 2018 and January 2019. For nearly half of the participants taking part in this survey, a good work atmosphere was an important criteria for them to stay with a particular employer. This was slightly less than the share of respondents stating that job security was an important reason for remain working for the same employer.
