Voting intentions for parliamentary election in Sweden 2018, compared to 2014 results This statistic compares the voting intentions for the upcoming parliamentary election in Sweden as of May 2018 with the actual 2014 election results. In the survey, a selection of Swedish voters were asked to give their vote as if the election was taking place today. According to the result of the voting intentions , Socialdemokraterna would have received 28.3 percent of the total votes. In the actual previous 2014 election, the party received 31 percent of votes. The last parliamentary election in Sweden was held on September 14, 2014. Swedish Parliament (Riksdag) elections are held every four years. The next parliamentary election is set for September 9, 2018.
