Nuclear energy production in the European Union 2000-2021
The production of nuclear energy in the European Union has seen a decline since the beginning of the century. In 2021 however, the EU-27 produced around 186.7 million metric tons of oil equivalent worth of nuclear energy, an increase when compared to the previous year.
