Deaths caused by pancreatic cancer in Spain 2000-2021, by gender
In 2021, the annual number of deaths caused by pancreatic cancer totaled about 7.6 thousand in Spain, up from approximately 7.4 thousand deaths recorded a year prior. By gender, the number of deaths due to pancreatic cancer reached around 3.9 thousand men and 3.7 thousand women that same year. During the analyzed period, deaths resulting from this type of cancer affected more men than women in the European country.
