Eyestrain and technology use

This report concerns technology use and its effect on overall health, particularly eye and muscle health. The Vision Council conducted a survey of nearly 1,000 adults, ages 18 and older, and the report is based on the results of the survey. The report examines many types of technological device and determines the risks they pose to our eyes.
