Technology and the Evolving World of Work

This report evaluates changes in the workplace as a response to COVID-19 with a special focus on how remote work is enabled and affected by technologies. Further, data on employee spending on technologies to keep up with telework demands is presented, as well as issues employees experience when working remotely. Finally, the report highlights which changes are likely to persist post-pandemic.
