With this kind of ship journey, it is not the aspect of transport that is in the spotlight but the stay aboard the ship as well as visiting the tourist destinations. The cruises segment displayed here only contains all cruise bookings, irrespective of whether the trip was booked online via the website of a cruise line, an online travel agency (OTA) or offline via a travel agency. The booking volume contains all coherently booked cruises by users from the respective region, regardless of start and destination of the journey. User numbers represent all travelers.
Trips by ferry are not included.
