Italy: transactions in residential real estate in the South 2018, by size
This statistic presents the distribution of transactions in the residential real estate market in the South of Italy in 2018, by dwelling size. According to the data, in 2018, the majority of transactions in the residential real estate sector involved dwellings from 85 to 115 square meters (27.3 percent) and dwellings from 50 to 85 square meters (25.6 percent). Transactions involving larger dwellings (over 145 square meters) accounted for 16.4 percent of the total transactions in the residential real estate sector in Southern Italy in 2018.
