Italy: value of imports of marble and similar stones 2018, by macro-region
In 2018, the value of marble and similar stones imported into Italy from Asia amounted to 59 million euros. According to the data provided by Prometeia, Asian countries accounted for the largest imports of marble and related stones in Italy in terms of value, followed by Western Europe with 18 million euros. On the other hand, the value of imported marble and similar products from Mexico, Canada and the United States was equal to two million euros, ranking last together with Oceania and Sub-Saharan Africa.
