Change rate of unsold residential inventory in India H2 2021, by city
In second half of 2021, Hyderabad recorded an increase by 159 percent compared to the previous year in unsold inventory on the residential market of India. In 2019, Hyderabad had still recorded a decrease by 39 percent compared to the previous year. A similar trend can be seen in Ahmedabad where a decrease by 35 percent in 2019 turned into an increase by 55 percent in 2021.
