This statistic displays the military personnel from the Netherlands stationed abroad in October 2018, by country. As of 2018, there were over 900 Dutch military personnel stationed around the globe, the majority of whom were based in Mali, Lithuania and Jordan. There were 240 members of the Dutch military in Mali as part of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in 2018, while a further 220 Dutch military personnel were in Lithuania as part of NATO's Enhanced Forward Presence.
