Industry prices of electricity for more than 20,000 MWh annually in the EU 2008-2018

Between 2008 and 2013, prices of electricity for industries with an annual consumption of 20,00 to 70,000 MWh increased to 9.45 euro cents per kilowatt-hour. Since then prices have decreased, falling to 8.18 euro cents by 2018. Prices for this level of consumption were consistently cheaper when compared to an annual consumption of 500 to 2,000 MWh.
