Distribution of votes in the Italian Election of 2018 by occupation
In the Italian General Election of 2018, the populist Five Star Movement won the support of 37.2 percent of unemployed people, as well as 37 percent of votes from blue-collar workers. Among those who were retired it received just 26.4 percent of the vote.
