Seats distribution in the Chamber after the Italian elections 2022
After the 2022 Italian parliamentary election, Brothers of Italy won 118 of the 400 seats available in the Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of the Italian Parliament. The Democratic Party and the League gained 65 members of the parliament (MPs). The Five-Star Movement significantly lost in comparison to the 2018 elections, securing only 51 MEPs. Overall, Brothers of Italy, the League and Forza Italia acquired 228 seats, more than the necessary majority of 201. This result, together with the margin obtained in the Senate, enabled the coalition to form a government.
