Voting intentions in Italy May 2020

A survey conducted in May 2020 revealed that roughly 29 percent of Italian voters preferred the right-wing party Lega, Matteo Salvini's party. Additionally, 21 percent of respondents supported the Democratic Party (Partito Democratico). The potential share of voters of Movimento 5 Stelle equaled to 15 percent, while about 14 percent of interviewees chose Fratelli d'Italia.
The current government is supported by M5S, PD, LeU, and Italia Viva and was sworn in September 2019, representing Giuseppe Conte's second cabinet.
