Canada's electricity distribution market share by utility 2016
Hydro-Québec, a public utility based in Montreal, dominated the Canadian electricity distribution sector as of March 2016, accounting for around 31 percent of the market share, while the second place, Ontario Power Corporation, reached just 13 percent of the market share.
