Netherlands: share of people satisfied with their salary, by age 2022

In 2022, the majority of the employees surveyed here were satisfied with their salary. The age group between 65 and 75 years old was most satisfied with their salary. Over 64.8 percent said to be satisfied about how much they earn, and a further 18 percent stated to be very satisfied.
