Netherlands: employee representation bodies 2022

In 2022, the majority of the companies in the Netherlands had some sort of personnel representation body. Around 56 percent of survey participants confirmed their employer had a works council, participation council or another type of personnel representation body, whereas around 23.3 percent of respondents said in their company no such bodies existed.
