Opinion about same-sex marriage in Italy 2019, by macro-region
In a survey of 2019, the majority of Italian respondents in favor of gay marriage were from the Center of Italy. On the contrary, interviewees from the Islands accounted for the lowest share of respondents supporting same-sex marriage (59 percent).
