Marketing and sales stand to gain the most revenue from the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, according to a global AI survey. Seventy-four percent respondents said that the marketing and sales department in their organizations witnessed revenue increases of five percent or more. Supply-chain management was expected to benefit the least from AI adoption in terms of revenue increase.
