Belgium: women contraceptive use, by age 2018

In Belgium, over 93 percent of sexually active women aged 15 to 24 years old used a contraceptive method in 2018. According to this study, it appeared that the older the age group, the lesser use of a contraception method. For instance, figures fell to 82 percent within the 35 to 44 years old group and 76,4 percent in women aged 45 to 49 years old.
