Satisfaction with urban public transportation experiences in Vietnam 2019

Among respondents from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, 58 percent were satisfied with their experience using public transportation in their cities in the past three months. Out of a total of 301 surveyed urban citizens, only 26 percent of participants in Hanoi and 13 percent in Ho Chi Minh City used public transportation in the three months leading up to the survey.
