In 2023, 66 percent of British people surveyed mentioned the top reason they were satisfied with the NHS is due to the fact that services are free to use, this is a decrease from the previous year. Additionally, 52 percent of respondents said the quality of NHS care was the reason they were satisfied with NHS services in the United Kingdom.
