Top reasons for public dissatisfaction with NHS services in the UK 2015-2019
In the United Kingdom in 2019, nearly 62 percent of British people surveyed said the reason they are dissatisfied with NHS services was due to a lack of staff, this was a significant increase from 44 percent in 2015. Furthermore, around 57 percent of the respondents in 2019 said they were dissatisfied with the NHS due to the time taken to get an appointment.
