Insurance jobs facing highest potential automation displacement in the U.S. by 2030
By 2030, it's estimated that 46 percent of current insurance claims and policy processing jobs in the United States will be displaced by automation. On the contrary, the rate of automation displacement among claims adjusters and customer service representatives is forecast to only reach 16 percent by that year.
