The top-ranked factor when investing in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) among professional investors was the ETF issuer. More than 40 percent of respondents ranked this with the highest importance. Historical performance was ranked second among survey participates, with tax efficiency having been ranked third with 38 percent of respondents noting its importance.
