AI return on investment worldwide 2019

From 2015 to 2019, around 1,000 professionals from several industries answered that AI has delivered returns on investments as expected or more than expected. The number of respondents stating that return on investments exceeded their expectations has risen between 2015 and 2017 and declined since then. Likelihood of surpassed expectations on returns is more likely for firms that deployed artificial intelligence early.
