Spending behavior of domestic OTA travelers in Mexico 2020, by category
According to a survey, between the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, travelers who booked domestic trips in Mexico via online travel agencies (OTAs) spent roughly 50 percent more on trips than those who directly booked travel services with providers. Meanwhile, the spending of domestic OTA travelers on food and beverages was 20 percent higher than that of direct bookers.
