Honduras: motor vehicle unit sales 2019-2020, by type
In 2020, sales of motor vehicles in Honduras registered a drop across all segments, when compared to the previous year. Sales of passenger cars suffered the hardest hit, reaching around two thousand units sold. That represented a year-over-year drop of more than 50 percent. Meanwhile, sales of heavy cargo vehicles amounted to over 1.9 thousand units that year, a decline of less than four percent in comparison to 2019.
