The Sudokwon landfill site in South Korea receives up to 20,000 tons of waste per day, which is more than any other landfill site worldwide. The Apex Regional landfill site in Las Vegas is the largest landfill site in world by area, and every day more than 10,000 tons of waste is dumped there.
