According to a survey on the mode of transportation among non-working-from-home respondents in the Philippines in November 20202, about 44 percent said that they walked to work at the height of the community quarantine and restricted public transportation implemented due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In contrast, about five percent of respondents said they used bicycles to get to work.
