Leading purposes of taking out loans by households Philippines Q4 2022
According to a survey on consumer expectations during the fourth quarter of 2022, more than half of the surveyed households in the Philippines took out loans to purchase basic goods. In contrast, 22.1 percent of respondents applied for loans to start or expand their businesses.
