In 2020, approximately 5.3 million square meters of apartments were constructed in Vietnam. Apartment buildings with 9 to 25 floors accounted for most of the area of constructed apartments, amounting to 2.9 million square meters. Apartment buildings with at least 26 floors had the second-largest area of completed construction that year.
