Share of employees with flexible work schedules South Korea 2020-2021, by age
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2021, about 24 percent of wage and salary workers in their thirties were working under flexible work arrangements, up from about 20 percent in the previous year. The share of workers making use of flexible working arrangements such as flexitime or working from home has risen in all age groups compared with the previous year.
