In 2021, 40 percent of employees stated that they were comfortable with their employers monitoring login and logout times when working in a hybrid setting. At the same time, 79 percent of employees indicated being comfortable with at least one of the monitoring methods listed. As hybrid work solutions have increasingly been adopted since the COVID-19 pandemic, employers are thinking about using monitoring technology solutions to check in on their employees when working remotely.
