Nordics: leading banks by total assets 2022

In 2022, Nordea Bank Abp and Danske Bank A/S were the two largest banks in the Nordic countries in terms of total assets. That year, Nordea Bank Abp led the ranking with total assets worth 594.84 billion euros, roughly 90 billion euros more than Danske Bank. The Norwegian bank DNB ASA followed from a distance, with total assets worth roughly 312 billion euros.
