International parcel delivery time shoppers were willing to wait Malaysia Q1-Q2 2021
According to a survey on social commerce in Malaysia in 2021, 37 percent of respondents stated that they were willing to wait eight to 14 days for international shipping delivery time while shopping on social media. Meanwhile, six percent of respondents were only comfortable waiting for less than three days for an international parcel to arrive.
