Clinician's opinions on the use of chatbots to manage treatment in 2031, by country

According to a survey carried out in December 2021, 56 percent of clinicians surveyed in China believed in future a much higher proportion of patients will use chatbots to manage treatment, the highest share among the surveyed countries. On the other hand, just under 40 percent of clinicians believed a higher share of treatment would be managed via chatbots.
