Among identified buyers of Russian oil in the first two months since its invasion of Ukraine, an Italian company Seastock S.r.l. ranked first by import value, which was measured at 950 million euros over that period. Vopak, a Dutch company, ranked second, having purchased oil from Russia worth 760 million euros.
