Factors limiting video virtual care in Canada 2021

According to a survey carried out among physicians who were not using video conferencing or video visits in Canada in 2021, around a fifth reported that patient´s difficulties with technology was limiting the use of this virtual care. Furthermore, 15 percent cited lack of access or availability for video appointments, while 12 percent said costs was a factor limiting the use of video virtual care.
