Most crowded main railway line sections in Japan's Osaka Area FY 2021
In the fiscal year 2021, the Kintetsu-operated Nara Line in Japan's Osaka Metropolitan Area had the busiest main railway line section in the region, reaching a congestion rate of 119 percent between Kawauchi-Eiwa and Fuse. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, congestion rates decreased in the Osaka Area from around 125 to 104 percent.
