Consumers' intention to use the 9-euro ticket in Germany by population density 2022
58 percent of German respondents living in areas with over 100,000 inhabitants reported being likely or very likely to use the 9-euro ticket to travel on local and regional transports in the country. In contrast, 61 percent of respondents from less populated areas under 20,000 inhabitants were unlikely or very unlikely to make use of the Federal government's initiative.
